How can I troubleshoot a Bravo Plus stitcher? Every option on the display just shows "NET" and doesn't let me actually select anything. Has anyone experience this before? Is this a software glitch or something hardware-related?

Happened to ours before, it was just software glitch. Try restarting the machine and double check all the plugs and connections. If that doesnt fix it, you might be looking at a faulty board or need a firmware reset, so yeah probably time to call tech support.

usually, when a machine locks up like that and won't accept any input, it's because a safety sensor or a limit switch is stuck.
The machine thinks something is wrong and won't let you do anything.
You should do a quick visual check around the machine for any small, plastic sensors or switches that might be dirty or stuck in the wrong position
