I have a Horizon BQ-270 and as of yesterday I have a stuck roller. It's the first spine one and with no experience in troubleshooting because I haven't had a problem before, I'm looking for some help

That stuck roller sounds frustrating, I would FLIP. And that's especially on your first run? That's just bad luck. You could start by checking for any debris jamming it or if it's seized bearings messing up all this. Cleaning goes a long way.

I remember having a roller get stuck on my Horizon BQ-270 not too long ago. Turns out, it was mostly because of some pesky glue buildup and debris. A bit of lubrication did wonders for it! If your roller is still giving you a hard time, I'd suggest reaching out to Horizon support, they're super helpful. Good luck, and I hope you get it sorted out soon
