Lord Tennysons Poems.. Good 1st Book to Practice On?

I bought this book as my first project, knowing nothing about the book. I am now questioning if it is a good book to use for practice.. I can't find the same book with same cover anywhere online, maybe it is a rare book? Does anyone know anything about this book or how to find out more about it?
